Why do I need to hire a professional web site designer?

Your web site is an extension of your business.  Many people do not realize how many potential customers they have lost due to the lack of a professional looking web site.  This will also save you time and money.  We usually find people have tried to do it themselves only to exhaust an extreme amount of hours they could have concentrated on their business and doing what they know best. A professional will save you money? Yes, by eliminating the chances of rebuilding a poorly done job, getting it done right the first time, and not forcing you to spend your time and energy trying to learn software to do it yourself. 

I have a small business and we need a web site.  What is the process?

Generally, we build off any existing marketing materials you may already have.  A logo, brochure or even letterhead can be a great place to begin.  If you are a start up, we can provide a new logo, web site and even print materials for your company.  If you see a web site that you really like we can emulate that for you as well. 

We always keep you involved in the design process right from the beginning.  This cuts down on any revisions and lets you see your site as it is being built.  We provide you with a secret access area to monitor everything as it progresses.

I have a nonprofit organization and have a limited budget. Can you help?

I have a web site, but I need it to look more professional and show up when people search for my products on Yahoo and Google.  Is this something you can do?

Yes we can....  Many times we can rebuild a site using your current content and even optimize it for the search engines in the process.  Depending on how how it was initially built, we can sometimes create a new "base template" and apply it to your current site.  We would have to analyze your site and can then advise the best route to take.

I'm ready to move forward.  Where do I begin?

We will meet with you or teleconference with you to discuss your needs in depth.  Next we will develop a formal proposal to contract with you to build your new web site.  This is done to ensure you that we are meeting all of your needs and you have it in writing as our guarantee.  Next we set up a payment schedule.  Usually, this is 50% down and 50% on completion.  We offer monthly installments as well and will discuss this during your consultation.

Can I start with approximately five pages
and add more content later?

Sure you can! We build all our sites with the ability to expand in the future.  As your company grows, we expect your site to grow with it.  We will be there for you every step of the way!

What is the difference between web design and web maintenance?

Web design is the actual process of building your web site and web maintenance is the changes that regularly need to be done to your site.  Most sites we build needing a lot of regular updates are designed with a back end database and administration to allow you or your staff the ability to update on your own.  This is a bit more expensive initially, but saves greatly over the years by eliminating the need for us to update for you.

We do not automatically set up any type of monthly maintenance after a web design build.  Our fees are based on design and you will never see a maintenance fee unless you ask for changes in excess of 15 minutes.  Some clients opt to set up a monthly service to save money as well.  This is an additional option and will be discussed during our initial consultation.

How much does a web site cost?

Pricing varies greatly depending on the purpose and functions of the site.  A custom 5-10 page site for small business can cost as little as $1000.  Larger database driven sites can exceed $50,000.  It really depends on your needs.  We offer a free quote to stay within your budget and will explain in detail the complete process.

How do I get better rankings on the search engines?

We offer two types of SEO or search engine optimization.  The first type we take your current site that we did not build and analyze it against the competition.  We make changes as necessary using our proven methods and then wait for the results on the search engines. 

The second type of SEO is done during a new build of a web site.  We optimize the site down to the core to respond well to your key words or target market.  Either of these will substantially increase your rankings.



I have a small business.  Can I afford your services?

Yes, we cater to mainly small to medium size businesses with varied budgets.  Basically, we understand that every business owner has an idea of what they can budget and we show them what we can provide and stay within that budget.  Some clients we bill out monthly, some quarterly and some are a one time process. 

Whatever your budget, we will provide quality, creative advertising services to promote your business.

Do you offer printing services?

We have some of the best print services at our disposal.  For small runs we have a few creative ideas to save you some serious money.  Of course the old rule "the more you print, the more you save" is always true. 

We have designed and printed billboards, trade show displays and yes, even business cards.  As you can see no job is too big or too small for our print advertising department.

Do I really need to advertise?  I have a web site.....

Most definitely!  All our clients understand just how important is is to advertise on the web and in the "real world".  The amount of traffic that can be generated from an offline advertising campaign to your web site is astounding and we can prove it!

Television, newspaper and even radio can drive mass traffic to your business.  We can show you how to do this effectively without wasting your time or money.  Don't let the media sales representative sell you a package without an advertising agency in place.  They will produce low quality tv, radio or newsprint ads just to sign you up without concern about the end results.  On occasion, this type of media is very harmful to your business.
